It can be one of the busiest & important times in our lives. Now our lives contain roles, rights & responsibilities. Managing these while finding practices / philosophies that suit our health / wellness needs can be challenging. The holistic approaches I use are growing in trend, not just among those who've been “left out in the cold” by conventional practices but everyday people too. We all want to make a difference in our life, so using this work can allow you to embrace, build-on & support your own capabilities, strengths & resilience.
As we get busier & busier, taking time to look after ourselves gets away from us. Jobs, travel, family, sport & community are all important. Because they are, it’s even more reason to find ways to take care of ourselves, so we can be involved, engaged & enjoying life. That’s where this work can really be of service, with simple, gentle influential ways to make an impact. I utilize a variety of methods for us to work with your physical health either in person, online or over the phone. We all want to take part in life & feel good doing it. Sometimes we can feel stuck, blocked, demotivated, stressed or tired but can’t put our finger on it, or if we can, can’t figure out how to manage our way through it. The longer these things hang around the more they take away from our enjoyment & quality of life. MAINTENANCE & BALANCE
There can be all this pressure to look, feel & act our best. All the experts seem to have various ideas, theories & opinions on maintaining good health. With this work we are interested in finding “what works for you,” & how keeping communicating open helps “keep the balance.” I still have clients from when I first started practicing over a decade ago… Why do they keep coming back ? Because they, their family, friends & their other health professionals can all tell the difference. They're looking, feeling & functioning naturally, it’s that simple.
By far one of the most important areas within the mind, body, health & wellness approach. Everyone has experienced emotions / trauma & our bodies, minds & hearts are designed to process them. But sometimes they don’t get completely processed for one reason or another. They become “baggage,” accumulating & manifesting in different ways in our systems, without us ever putting 2&2 together (symptom vs cause). If this way of looking at emotions, baggage & trauma makes sense, then why not try some gentle, simple & efficient body driven alternatives.
The practices, techniques & philosophies I use aren’t just for when the mind & body are sick, stressed & not performing. Personal growth & development can be hugely influenced & expanded through nurturing mind & body communication pathways, clearing things away that don’t need to belong anymore. If your purpose is to grow & evolve as a person, student, mother, father, performer, athlete, friend or to move forward in some way, exploring what you can do in aiding the process is a great way to achieve new insight & personal growth.
